BITCOOP Signs Distribution Agreement with Kaseya for APAC and ANZ

Kuala Lumpur, 9 July 2025Koperasi Bumiputera ICT Teknousahawan dan Teknokrat Malaysia Berhad (BITCOOP), a progressive cooperative dedicated to empowering Bumiputera participation in the digital economy, has officially signed a landmark agreement with Kaseya, a global leader in IT and security management solutions. The deal grants BITCOOP the  distribution rights for Kaseya’s full product portfolio across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) regions.

This strategic collaboration marks a historic milestone not only for BITCOOP but also for the Bumiputera cooperative movement in Malaysia, as it becomes one of the first cooperatives in the nation to penetrate the international ICT distribution landscape at such a prestigious level.

Kaseya, headquartered in Miami, USA, is renowned globally for its suite of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, backup, compliance, and remote monitoring and management solutions. In the coming months, BITCOOP will launch regional partner programs, technical onboarding for MSPs, and certified reseller academies to fast-track local adoption of Kaseya’s technologies.
